Adam Walsh and Real estate!

While this subject is a very sad and disturbing, there is a positive impact being left.  Adam was a young boy whose life was tradically stolen by loser.  His father, buried deep in grief and depression, rose up and channelled his anger into a passionate cause to help others and prevent the same fate that befell his son.  John Walsh has almost single handled made “America’s Most Wanted”, a household name and proven that we as a human race can overcome tremendous odds to become better and make Earth a better place to live.

Along these same lines comes the opportunity that all of us have to turn a small amount of money into a huge fortune.  Yes, all of us no matter how rich or poor, can make real estate into our soothsayer and pay dividends.

At no other time has this been true than in today’s declining real estate market.  You see, there is a feeling of uncertainty and panic in the market and this leads to some great possible deals to be made.

Presidential Election and Real Estate!

Well, here we are . . . history has been made and we have the first African-American President elect.  What does it mean to us?  Yes, I know . . . this has never happened before.  Well there are a lot of things that have never happened before, like a guy named Madoff or is his name Jackoff?  He was the chairman of NASDAQ!!!   It is hard to tell nowadays who the good guys and the bad guys are.  Who needs $50 BILLION?  Come on . . . really!  Who needs $50 Billion?  Another thing that has never happened before . . . we have never seen gas prices rise so high so quickly and then go down so far so fast with no substantiated explanation.

We are in a BI-POLAR age.  This is due to the fact that everything happens instantly.  An e-mail is sent and arrives within nanoseconds.  Bad news travels fast and affects many more people in a shorter period of time.

I wish President elect Obama a lot of luck because on Wall Street, and Congress, the same corruption will continue.  it is human nature and human nature will never change . . . the Bible tells us so. 

I am here today to tell you that at the dawning of this new age, we should still trust our own inner thoughts and instincts. We are born with all we need to make informed intelligent decisions.  It i when we allow others to change our focus that we get int trouble. 

In my blogs I basically state the same things over and over.  One thing I learned during my athletic phase, which I will not give up, is that the secret to success is this - The monotonous repetition of the basic fundamental skills!  For an athlete, this means getting your running in, lifting weights, studying film and eating proper nutrients.

In real estate the same theory applies.  Live within your means, know the area you are investing in, and most importantly, plan for the bad times.  The good times carry you.
